The 2025 Rewards Program Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by CrossCountry Mortgage Branch 3861, First Texas Homes, and Nebraska Furniture Mart (collectively, the “Sponsors”). No purchase is required. The official promotion website is FthSelfie.com. The Sweepstakes commences on 10:00 a.m. Central Time on June 10, 2025 and concludes at 7:00 p.m. Central Time on December 31, 2025. Participation constitutes each entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Rules and to each Sponsor’s applicable privacy policy.

The Sweepstakes is open only to natural persons who, at the time of entry, are legal residents of the fifty United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico), are at least eighteen (18) years of age, and are under contract with First Texas Homes, Gallery Custom Homes, or Harwood Homes. Employees, officers, directors, agents, vendors, and immediate family or household members of any Sponsor or its affiliates are ineligible to participate or win.

To enter, an eligible individual must (i) capture a selfie photograph while holding the 2025 First Texas Homes “Sold” sign and (ii) complete the entry form and upload the photograph at FthSelfie.com/2025SelfieContest. Only one entry per household is permitted; however, the Sponsors may announce additional bonus-entry opportunities during the promotion period. By submitting an entry, each entrant consents to receive marketing communications from the Sponsors, with the option to unsubscribe at any time.

Entries will be accepted from 10:00 a.m. Central Time on June 10, 2025 until 7:00 p.m. Central Time on December 31, 2025. The first prize drawing shall occur on July 31, 2025, and subsequent drawings shall occur on the last calendar day of each month through December 31, 2025. The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received as of each drawing date.

For each monthly drawing, one (1) winner will receive a Nebraska Furniture Mart gift card with a retail value of one thousand dollars (US $1,000). Each winner must retrieve the gift card in person within fourteen (14) days of notification at CrossCountry Mortgage 3004 Communications Pkwy, #200 Plano, TX 75093 and is solely responsible for all applicable taxes and fees.

Each potential winner will be notified by telephone at the number supplied on the entry form within ten (10) business days following the applicable drawing. To claim the prize, the winner must timely confirm eligibility, provide a valid United States mailing address, furnish any required tax documentation, and grant permission for use of the winner’s name, likeness, and photograph in promotional materials. Failure to comply with these requirements, or inability to contact a potential winner, will result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.

The Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or otherwise violates these Rules, and further reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if any factor beyond the Sponsors’ reasonable control compromises its fairness or proper administration.

By participating, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless CrossCountry Mortgage Branch 3861, First Texas Homes, Nebraska Furniture Mart, and their respective affiliates from any and all liability arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

These Rules and any disputes arising hereunder shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Texas, and any action shall be brought solely in the state courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
